Shipping policy
At Rosio House, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. To make it convenient for you, all shipping costs are included in the prices of our products. There are no additional charges for shipping at the time of purchase.
We aim to process and ship orders within 48 business hours, with delivery expected in 4-7 business days, depending on your location. If any alterations are needed, shipping time may vary by a day or two, depending on the extent of the changes required.
The delivery timeline:
- Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3-4 working days,
- Tier 2 & 3 cities & rural areas: 5-7 days
- For International orders, the average delivery time is 7 -15 business days depending on the country of residence.
Note - If there are any alteration that needs to be done to the product, shipping time may vary by a day or two, depending on the extent of the changes required.
Please note that the costs for returning or exchanging items must be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or not received during the return/exchange process. Consequently, if we do not receive the items, the refund or exchange will not be processed.
