***Return and refund Policy***

At Rosio House, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we're here to help make it right. Due to significant amount of issues we are unable to provide refund but only Exchange. However please reach out to our customer service and we will surely try to help in genuine cases.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will be able to only exchange the return item with same or higher value. We can also offer a credit note to be used within next 30 days to give you time to select any other product.  

To initiate an exchange, simply contact us at onlinesales@rosiohouse.com, and our friendly team will guide you through the next steps. Please note that exchange shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

If your exchange is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label for first time exchange and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Kindly note that items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, such as custom-made products or on sale products. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Regrettably, sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges: 

Exchange products will be delivered in 15 days. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange for the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one.
