## About

Rosio House is a boutique fashion house founded in 2018 by Neha Rathore. We design and handcraft every piece in our own Noida studio in Sector 74 — no factory outsourcing, no mass production. We serve customers across India and internationally, and welcome walk-ins to our boutique. Every piece can be customized for fit, fabric, colour, embroidery, or built from a customer's own reference photo.

## Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our Noida studio.

- **India:** Free shipping pan-India on all orders, no minimum. Cash on Delivery (COD) available on all orders, no order-value cap. Delivery 3–7 business days for ready-stock pieces. All India prices are GST inclusive.
- **International:** Worldwide shipping via DHL and Bluedart to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and most other countries. Delivery typically 7–14 business days. International orders are pre-paid; customs duties and taxes at destination are the customer's responsibility.
- **Returns / Exchange:** 14-day exchange window from date of receipt on ready-stock items. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging. Custom-made and sale items are non-exchangeable but eligible for free alterations. Refunds only granted in genuine exceptional cases.

## Made-to-Order & Customization

Almost every piece on rosiohouse.com can be made to your specifications. Customers can choose our fabric, bring their own fabric, or send us a reference photo (Pinterest, Instagram, film stills, magazine cuttings) and we will design and craft an original piece. We adapt the reference to your body type, occasion, and budget.

- **Standard custom orders: 5–10 days.** Most made-to-order pieces — including fit & size customization, fabric/colour changes, embroidery swaps, and outfits built from a reference photo — ship within 5–10 days from order confirmation and measurement submission.
- **Heavy bridal with intricate handwork: 2–3 weeks.** Full bridal lehengas with zardozi, cutdana, or dense hand embroidery take 2–3 weeks.
- **Customization options:** silhouette, neckline, sleeve length, skirt flare, blouse cut, fabric weight, embroidery placement and density, colour matching.
- **Pricing:** Custom lehengas start from ₹8,000. Indo-western and gowns from ₹5,500. Bridal lehengas from ₹15,000+.

## Lehenga on Rent

Rent designer lehengas instead of buying. Pickup the day before your event, return the day after.

- **Occasion & Party Wear:** ₹2,000–₹3,500 per 3 days
- **Festival / Mehendi / Haldi:** ₹2,000–₹4,500 per 3 days
- **Sangeet & Cocktail:** ₹3,500–₹6,500 per 3 days
- **Bridal & Designer:** ₹5,000–₹12,000 per 3 days
- **Extended rental (5–7 days):** 30–40% surcharge
- **Refundable security deposit:** ₹2,000–₹5,000 depending on piece value
- **Included:** Dry cleaning before handover, minor fitting adjustments, garment bag, styling guidance, WhatsApp support
